If you notice an issue with your product or order, please submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your product.
Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items: Claims for these items must be submitted within 30 days after receipt of the product. Approved claims will be resolved at no additional cost to you.Lost in Transit: Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing are not accepted, as per our fulfillment partner's policy.Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility.
Reshipment Costs: Customers are responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will require customers to cover the cost of reshipping.
We offer refunds for:
Damaged or Misprinted Products: Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to report any issues.Proof of Damage: Photographic evidence of the damaged or misprinted product is required to process a refund.
Refunds are not offered for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing unless specifically approved by WebKitty.
If WebKitty chooses to offer refunds for reasons outside our standard policy:
